Please note, this is a conference-driven event. The exhibit hall is open during the hours listed below. The dedicated viewing times reflect those times when there is a break in the conference session rooms.

Thursday, June 23

Exhibit hall open from 9:35am – 6:00pm

9:35 - 10:15 am                 Coffee Break – Dedicated Viewing

3:00 – 3:45pm                   Refreshment Break – Dedicated viewing

5:00 – 6:00pm                   Welcome Reception – Dedicated Viewing

Friday, June 24

Exhibit hall open from 9:15am – 9:50pm

*EARLY BREAK-DOWN:  Exhibitors may only breakdown their exhibits at the pre-determined time assigned by the Sponsor.  Exhibitors that break-down prior to this pre-determined time will pay an early break-down penalty fee of $500 to the Sponsor.
